Best Frozen Blueberry Pie in the World

No joke. From the recipe files of my friend Faye Keel.

This pie is so delicious! A special thanks to Faye Keel and her mother, Dorothy Wedincamp, for the best blueberry pie ever.

Here is the recipe, but please note that it is best with fresh blueberries. Faye and Mrs. Wedincamp hand picked the blueberries from their garden.

Obviously, it is the perfect pie for July 4th celebrations or Labor Day get-togethers, but it is also great as a summertime treat ... cool and refreshing. Hey, it is just as tasty in the fall or winter. A treat for any time of the year. Enjoy!

2 cups blueberries

4 oz. cream cheese

6 oz. Cool Whip

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and put in a graham cracker crust. Freeze it or serve as is.

Note: The crowd at our house on the fourth attacked the pie before I could get a proper photo of it, but this will give you an idea.
